I've purchased Vango tents for many years, and when I switched to caravanning, I continued to use Vango, for awnings. Vango: Great products, excellent quality and they replaced my storm damaged awning over a year after I purchased it! They are STARS! With the Edoras tent you have the option to attach a zipped front awning, offering plenty of extra space, whether you want to use this for an additional storage area or even a second living area for your family and friends. Additional features include king size bedrooms, living area pockets and zipped privacy curtains to make the most of your camping experience. The flat front and pre-bend AirBeams® maximise the useable internal space and the large windows on the pre-attached extension provide a great outdoor conservatory. Summer campers in particular will benefit from the grand front extension which can be used for food preparation, shade from direct sunlight or as a private area to sit out under the stars. The Edoras 400 creates a perfect balance of space and light. To leave a review you need to be logged in to the .uk Please log in or register here. Generally, we are very pleased with our purchase.ġ from 1 people found this review helpful, was it helpful to you? We did have some dripping condensation in the porch area, but it did get down to pretty low temperatures some nights. I also preferred the door system on our old Outwell as each door had three parts - door, window and fly screen, which could be hooked fully back in any combination or opened as one. This was a particular problem when we had overnight rain and we were in shaded Italian sites so it took a long time for the outside to dry, despite the weather having warmed up. Secondly, as there is no porch over the side doors, the wet drips in when you open them. We think we'll have to buy a hanging unit for our next trip. Firstly, not enough pockets and the ones in the living area were too small to be of much use. The hookup oulets are well hidden, but well placed. The carpet is comfortable and cleaned easily. The hook and grip system along the beams is great - we were able to hand up clothing and wet gear, and also have a hanging LED light system which was sufficient for the whole tent. We had to put the tent away wet most times and we still managed to get it into the bag ok, particularly as this is well designed and you can put the bag over the rolled tent before turning the whole thing the right way up. The airbeam works well once you are used to the valves. In the porch we had our cooker stand and cooker plus another table. There was ample space in the main compartment to have a table and chairs, a clothes rack, the camping fridge and still be able to move around comfortably. This was ideal in the wet - we only used the inner porch footprint, leaving a space in the entrance so you could take off your wet gear before stepping on to the groundsheet. We had purchased the tent complete with footprints, carpet and porch door. Although the tent is large for two people (we were at first worried it was too large) we were very grateful in the end that we had all the space as the weather was unseasonally cold and damp at times. We replaced our old Outwell Minnesota as we were attracted by the airbeam inflation system, knowing we would be pitching a number of times over the month. We have just returned from a month long tour of the continent in this tent and have been very pleased with it.
